Ministers
In the State of Nevada a Minister will be needed to perform the wedding ceremony and sign your wedding license. We will gladly assist you in arranging the minister to perform your ceremony, and in fact, the chapel has two full-time non-denominational ministers on staff. Ministers are paid on a "cash donation" basis (minimum $55.00 Monday through Friday; minimum $75.00 Saturday, Sunday and Holidays) and we will provide you with an envelope for this purpose after the ceremony. Various ceremonies are available, ranging from non-denominational ceremonies, ceremonies for acknowledging the unification of families (with children involved) to religious Christian-based ceremonies.

Your marriage license can be obtained seven days a week at the Douglas County Administration Building located two blocks from Caesars Tahoe, at

9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Thursday
9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Friday and Saturday
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Sunday
Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas
Application Fee:
$60.00 cash, travelers checks or Visa (Includes certified copy)
Identification:
Drivers license, certified copy of birth certificate, passport, or military ID (one of the above required)

Blood Test: None
Expiration Date: One year
Age Requirements: 18 years of age or older (16 to 18 years of age with notarized parents consent, or with parents present)
