A wedding is many things. It is a rite of passage, an end and a beginning, a fulfillment and a promise, a time of celebration....Whatever the fare a wedding always has its proverbial feast. It honors those gathered, draws them together, provides the setting for the celebration and the substance to set the spirits soaring. Whether you are thinking of a private wedding reception with a superb buffet, sit down dinner or luncheon, or a less formal affair in one of Caesars Tahoe gourmet restaurants, our coordinators can assist you with your plans. From DJ's and dance floors, to the flavors and decorations for your wedding cake, we can assist in the detail planning for your dream function.

RECEPTION POLICIES:

• Reception room availability will be confirmed to you three months in advance of your planned reception.
• Reception rooms are provided with full set-up including; tables, chairs, linens, china, silverware and professional service staff. Please inquire about specific menus.
• All food and beverage items are subject to a 18% gratuity and state sales tax of 6.5%.
• A final guaranteed count of guests must be provided 48 hours prior to your reception. If no final guarantee is received, we will use the original estimate count.
• A deposit of 50% of the estimated food and beverage cost is required to confirm your reservation. With written notice, deposit shall be treated as refundable up to 30 days in advance of reception date. Balance of payment due 30 days in advance of the reception. Any additional expenditures for the reception will be collected prior to the reception.
• Deposits and payments may be made by cash, cashiers check or money order. Personal checks can only be accepted if received up to two weeks in advance of the function.
• For 25 guests and over, reception rooms are available at no charge for the full-meal functions (Lunches, Dinners and Buffets). If less than 25 guests, please add $100.00 room set up charge.
• Times for receptions are based upon the following: for full-meal functions - 3 hours, hors de oeuvre functions - 2 hours. For additional reception time, please inquire.
• Options: Dance Floor $75.00, Disc Jocky - $375.00 for 3 hours, Bands and Piano Entertainment, Ice Carvings, Decorative Fountains - Please Inquire.
